Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays.

During periods of high order volume, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (when available)

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, package size, weight, and selected shipping method.

From time to time, Hill Rose LLC may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the carrier receives your package.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided and the package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are beyond our control.

If your package appears lost or has experienced an unusual delay, please contact us, and we will assist you in working with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged packaging

  • Photos of the damaged product(s)

We will review your claim and work to provide a replacement or other appropriate resolution.

Split Shipments

In some cases, orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages to ensure faster delivery. If this occurs, you will receive tracking information for each shipment.
