Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return, your item must:

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will work quickly to provide a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the eligible product for a refund (if approved) and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
